Subprocessors
Last updated November 6, 2026
ProperIntro uses the following companies to help provide the Service. Each is bound by written terms that require them to protect personal data. Some are used only if you enable the related feature. We give customers at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor that processes Customer Content.
Core infrastructure
- Supabase: database, authentication and API hosting for application data (United States/regional hosting as configured).
- Application hosting provider: serves the web application and processes requests.
Communication and payments
- Resend (or our configured email delivery provider): delivers campaign email, invitations and confirmation emails and reports delivery events.
- Stripe: processes payments, subscriptions and invoices. Card data is handled by Stripe.
Optional features you control
- Google (Gmail API): used only if you connect a Gmail mailbox to send campaigns.
- Microsoft (Microsoft Graph/Outlook): used only if you connect an Outlook mailbox.
- Anthropic: powers optional AI-assisted story suggestions, using public, cited information and project details but not your private notes or contact details.
- Chat and automation tools (Slack, Zapier, Discord, Microsoft Teams): used only if you configure a webhook.
