Acceptable Use Policy

You may

• Use the directory to find relevant media contacts and to approach them respectfully and professionally.
• Import your own contacts, build lists, send personalized outreach, and track results for your own or your clients’ business.

You may not

• Send spam: unsolicited bulk email, purchased-list blasts, deceptive subject lines, hidden senders, or misleading content.
• Contact anyone marked do-not-contact or protected, or try to bypass a flag, limit, mask, reveal quota or access control.
• Scrape, bulk-extract, resell, sublicense or republish the directory, or use it to train a competing product or a general-purpose AI model.
• Share an account or seat, or give access to someone outside your workspace’s plan.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or surveil any person; use information to infer or target sensitive characteristics.
• Upload data you have no right to use, malware, or content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.
• Probe, scan or test the Service’s security without permission, interfere with it, or overload it.
• Use the Service for political campaigning, unsolicited fundraising, or any purpose not related to professional communications, without our written agreement.
• Misrepresent your identity, your client or your purpose when contacting someone.
• Use AI-assisted features to fabricate quotes, facts, endorsements or identities.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend sending or accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practical we will warn you first; we may act immediately to prevent harm. To report abuse, use the privacy request form at /remove or contact us.
