Accessibility Statement

Last updated November 6, 2026

ProperIntro wants everyone to be able to use ProperIntro. We build and test to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as defects.

What we do

  • Automated accessibility checks run on our key screens as part of every release, and we fix serious findings before shipping.
  • Keyboard operation, visible focus, skip links, readable contrast, descriptive labels, and respect for reduced-motion and text-size preferences.
  • Charts and data visualizations include text summaries and data tables.
  • Overlays and menus close with Escape or a click outside, and risky actions ask for confirmation.

Known limitations

Some third-party pages we link to, such as payment and mailbox sign-in pages, are outside our control. Documents exported by customers (for example CSV files) are only as accessible as the tools used to open them.

Tell us about a barrier

If something is hard to use, tell us what you were trying to do, the page, and the assistive technology if any, using the request form at /remove (choose “Something else”). We aim to reply within 5 business days and will offer an alternative way to get the information or service while we fix it.
