Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage ProperIntro uses. We use only what is strictly necessary to run the Service, so we do not show a cookie banner. We do not use advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we set
- Authentication cookies (sb-…): keep you signed in and protect your session. Required; expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
- Interface preference cookies (rail, admin_rail): remember whether the left panel is expanded or collapsed. One year.
- Mailbox connection cookie (oauth_nonce): protects the sign-in handshake when you connect Gmail or Outlook. Ten minutes.
- Local browser storage may hold temporary interface state, such as an unsent draft, and is never used for tracking.
Third parties
When you choose to pay, our payment processor’s hosted page sets its own cookies under its policy. We do not embed third-party trackers or advertising.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the Service will not work without the authentication cookies. If we ever add non-essential cookies we will ask for your consent first.
